ABOUT Me
Welcome to my recruitment site! My name is Hannah, and I am passionate about soccer and committed to excelling both on and off the field. As I begin my first year of high school, I am excited to share my journey and achievements as I strive to play as a goalkeeper in college.
I have been the starting goalkeeper for the Pittsburgh Riverhounds ECNL team for the past five years. This experience has provided me with challenging training and competitive matches, improving my skills. Additionally, being selected for the Olympic Development Program (ODP) Eastern Regional Pool has allowed me to compete with some of the best players in the region, pushing me to elevate my game. Some of my proudest moments are being awarded the Leadership Award at the UGKA residential camp for four consecutive years and beginning my coaching career as a Goalkeeper Coach for Pro Player Goalkeeper under Owner and Head Coach Hunter Gilstrap.
Academics are a top priority for me, and I am proud to maintain a 4.3 GPA. Balancing my busy training schedule with excellence in the classroom has allowed me to improve my time management. This fall, I started my high school Air Force JROTC program to develop my leadership abilities further and positively impact my community. Being selected Cadet of the Month was a great honor.
I always strive to learn, grow, and improve in every area of my life, guided by the core values I have developed. These values drive me to succeed and help me stay focused on what matters most: maintaining a strong circle of teammates and coaches, setting ambitious goals while never giving up, and treating everyone with respect and kindness.
My goal is to play college soccer at a competitive level and make a significant positive impact on and off the field while maintaining my academic excellence. I am searching for a college program where I can help a team win, whether as the starter or by preparing the starter to play, improve as an athlete, and become the best version of myself.
I appreciate your time visiting my site, and I am eagerly looking forward to connecting with coaches seeking a hard-working, resilient, and academically driven goalkeeper.
Sincerely,
Hannah Tannert #30

What My Coaches Say About Me
Disciplined
Leader
"Hannah is the most disciplined person I've ever met. Who else gets up at 4:00 AM most mornings, logging 5-7 miles while the rest of the world is still asleep?"
Coming Soon!
"Hannah is a natural leader with a rare mix of maturity, confidence, and genuine care for her teammates. Over the past five years, she's not only pushed herself to excel but consistently led those around her to fulfill their own goals—always offering feedback in a genuine, honest way that lifts others up. She's earned our UGKA Leadership Award four years in a row, and any team would be stronger with Hannah on it. I have no doubt she'll grow into an incredible coach and an impactful leader in the soccer community."
